This is a freshly made piece by Bernadette Poleahla, who lives at Polacca village on First Mesa. Bernadette’s grandmother, who taught her how to pot, is Freida Poleahla, herself a famous potter from the 1930s to the 1950s. This piece measures 11″ in diameter and 6″ in height.
