Description
This classic Santo Domingo black on cream jar dates to 1910-1920. The floral design with birds exemplifies Santo Domingo artistry from this ceramic period. The jar is traditionally-made, and pit-fired. The form is also traditional, which has been miniaturized here for easy transport for the tourist trade.
The jar measures 6 5/8” height and 6” diameter, and is in excellent, original condition. Complimentary shipping is included.
