Description
An excellent mid-century Hopi Velvet Shirt kachina doll dating from around 1950 – 1960. This is a large piece measuring 14 1/2″ high and traditionally made of cottonwood.
Overall condition is excellent, however the fingers of the left hand are missing, as well as the tip of the wooden coyote pelt in the back. It has a great presence.
An excellent addition to any collection of Kachina dolls.
