Description
This polychrome Isleta Wedding Vase (c. 1920) is nicely composed traditional piece of ceramic art that has a bold design with contrasting deep reds and frosted heavy black line work with arrowhead designs, rain cloud symbols, and complimentary steps-of-life in red and black.
It measures 9 3/4” in height by 7 ¼” wide and is in excellent original condition. A solid example of historic Pueblo pottery. Large pieces from Isleta are scarce.
